This sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are 55 years of age or older and currently reside in Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Citrus, Polk, Hernando, or Manatee County, Florida. Void where prohibited by law.
This is a monthly contest that begins on the 1st day of each month and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on the last day of the month. One winner will be selected at random on the first business day of the following month, and will be notified via email. We will also announce the winner on our Facebook page. If they winner does not respond within 48 hours, we will re-draw a secondary winner.
Entry Requirements:
To enter, participants must provide their name, email address, age, and zip code using the entry form on this page.
By entering, you agree to be added to our email list and consent to receiving up to 4 promotional emails per month from MyPHSS (Personalized Help Support Systems LLC) in addition to any sweepstakes-related communications.
You may enter the sweepstakes once per month. Additional bonus entries may be earned by sharing the sweepstakes post and commenting “I ENTERED” on the official Facebook post.
You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time, but doing so will automatically remove you from the sweepstakes. To re-enter, simply submit your information again during an active entry period.
Prize:
Each winner will receive one (1) $100 Walmart gift card. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each month.
By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow MyPHSS to take and use a photo for marketing purposes, including display on our website and social media to showcase real local winners.
